Happy Halloween!

For Halloween, Thomas was Wario, a character from Super Mario Brothers, and Nathan was a pirate. The boys had so much fun collecting candy. Nathan would knock on the door and say, "It's meeee!" (As if that would make them open the door faster.) Both boys collected plenty of candy and we had a lot of fun.

Emily: the clown, Madi: Tinkerbell and of course Spike: the hot dog

Mr. Bill and Ms. Mary, our favorite stop!

Spooktacular at Seaworld

Since it was such a beautiful weekend and everyone was healthy, we took the kids to Seaworld for their Halloween Spooktacular. Oh, what fun!!! We all had such a fun time. The kids wore their costumes and all around the park they were passing out candy. We got to see a few shows and had lunch. It was such a pretty day that by 6pm we almost hated having to leave. We had such a good time that we are certainly coming back again next year for this fun event!

Evans Going WILD!

After a busy day, we decided to head back to school for a science night for the parents and kids. The theme was "Evans Going WILD!" It was such a good turn out! We even had to park at the 7-11 and walk to school. The kids were given a scavenger hunt card to find answers throughout the school about animals. They had the Central Florida Zoo there with animals. We couldn't believe that Nathan wanted to touch the snake AND wear it! Both boys touched the alligator. Afterwards, Nathan told me that the reason the alligator had tape on his mouth was because he had a boo boo from falling down. No, Nathan tape isn't like a band-aid! It was a fun way to spend a Tuesday night. It was fun to see all of Thomas' friends and their families, too.

Just another day on the water....

These are the only good picturse taken from this particular weekend. Thomas convinced himself that he felt well enough to go fishing with Ken on Saturday morning. He told no one that he felt horrible. They stayed on the water for a little while and Thomas caught a bass and a bluegill. He was super proud of both fish. The rest of the weekend everyone took turns having the yucky bug that was going around. At least Thomas got to have a few minutes of fun!
